Orderly Disposition of Surplus Commercial Inventory
- As the composition of the world aviation fleet
changes, the supporting inventory becomes out of
align with usage requirements. This creates large
pockets of surplus inventory as well as unanticipated
demand. Additionally, factors such as new leasing
structures, fluctuating fuel prices, changing technologies,
lengthy lead times, and tightening FAA standards
drives the inventory realignment process at a chaotic
pace. Creating order out of chaos requires a multi-disciplined
combination of Strategic Planning and Inventory
Management. Matching our clients needs with our
